If, for any reason you can’t make your scheduled appointment, please let me know with at least 24 hours notice, otherwise you will be expected to pay the FULL rate for that appointment. Thanks~Ī: I do have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you’re running late, please call or text me as soon as possible to let me know. If you happen to arrive with time to spare, I suggest going for a walk in the neighbourhood, grabbing a tea or even just relaxing in your vehicle until the exact appointment time. Because I need a certain amount of time to prepare for every session, I ask that you arrive on time and not before. Even if you're only 5 minutes early, I will not be able to accommodate you. Q: What happens if I'm early (or late) for my appointment?Ī: Please do NOT arrive early. Have an open heart & mind, and surrender to the journey. If there is something specific you want help with, let me know before hand and I will be prepared for you.
Secondly, give some thought as to what you would like to get out of the session. If you don’t have time to shower before your appointment, you may use my facilities. I will do my best to look and smell good for you. This includes brushing your teeth and wearing deodorant. PLEASE be showered clean immediately before you arrive.
